I Will Follow

I need to learn from him....
When he sees me getting ready to go he gets excited and runs to get a drink of water because it may be a long trip--God says "Righteousness goes before him and prepares the way for his steps." Ps. 85:13

When we start out, he has no idea which direction we are heading or how long the trip will be--I need to remember "Whether you turn to the right or the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you saying, This is the way walk in it." Isa. 30:21

He stays close to me because he knows there is danger on the road without me--"He hold a shield to those whose walk is blameless for He guards the course of the just." Prov. 2:7

One hill is long and steep with a curve at the top. He has no idea what is in the road ahead.--"Stand at the crossroads and look...Ask where the good way is and walk in it." Jer. 16:6

When the journey is over, he knows I will lead him home.--"We walk by faith not by sight." Isa. 30:21
